My Story
Just a year ago, I found myself at one of the lowest points in my life. I was classified as Obese Class II, regularly struggling with GERD, anxiety, and dangerously high blood pressure. I vividly remember one terrifying night—I had to drive myself to the hospital during a health scare, with my daughter silently in the backseat, tired and afraid. That was the moment everything shifted for me. I realized I couldn’t keep living like this—not just for myself, but for her.
Then I discovered WILDFIT®, introduced by a colleague who became my coach. In just 90 days, I released 10 kg, gained highly sustainable energy to compete in Ultimate Frisbee at a competitive level, and developed an empowered mindset and a body aligned with my business and higher purpose. I broke free from cravings and achieved true food freedom.
As my energy and mental clarity improved, I began performing better at work, expanding my team, and leading with renewed confidence and vision. More than just a physical transformation, I unlearned years of conditioning, self-sabotage, and stress-based eating. WILDFIT® transformed the way I live—mindset, energy, and identity—and now I’m on a mission to help others do the same.
